For some regular clients doing frequent purchases we can offer a credit line with convenient payment terms in order to make transactions easier and faster. Credit Application must be filled out and submitted for appropriate evaluation. The Credit Application can be found in our website under the “About Us” menu tab.

MultiSol provides an exchange warranty on most products offered. Warranty periods may change depending on the type of product and its condition (new or refurbished). For specific inquiries about warranty please Contact Us

All items are guaranteed to be exactly as described in the sales agreement. We test all products prior to shipment to ensure that they are in good working condition. Any item(s) that are defective or fail during the warranty period will be exchanged and MultiSol will cover the cost for shipping the replacement.

Returned items must be re-packaged in a reasonable manner to ensure a safe transit back to our facility where the product will be properly inspected and diagnosed. If it is determined that the item had been damaged due to negligence or improper use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or the exchange.

We can ship anywhere in the world and we can provide you with a quote for shipping with a price and the estimated time it will take to receive the item (s). Express shipments may be available, please check with our staff for more details and prices.

MultiSol is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport. MultiSol takes the utmost care when packing the product (s) properly and ensuring the merchandise for its full value. If damage or loss of goods occurs during transportation, we can help you file a claim with the transportation company.

We usually send shipments via FedEx, DHL, UPS or another shipping company (forwarder). If you need other shipping methods, please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.
